At the beginning of December, Linton Netball Club had their annual Christmas meal, this year being at The Flying Shuttle in Haverhill. Great food and great company made the evening, and to top it off we all ended up leaving with a Christmassy light-up headband and Christmas rubber duck from our social committee! Some members have chose to displayed the rubber ducks around their homes, even in their Christmas tree!
At the end of December, some members from the club attended The Julia Cup 2022 to raise money for charity. Many teams chose to wear fancy dress, Linton included, who became Santas and an Elf for the evening! It was a fun-filled evening, with many laughs, all for a good cause. Well done and thank you to Swift's Netball Club for holding a wonderful competition in memory of one of their own players.
