An expanding section within Linton Netball Club!
Since 2015, Linton Netball Club have been running a junior section for girls in School Years 7 to 11. This is perfect for girls wishing to be involved in netball outside of school and develop their netball skills. Players do not need to have experience of playing netball, just the willingness to learn and become a team member. In April 2026, Linton Junior Netball Club opened an U12 section for girls in School Years 5 to 6. This is perfect for girls wishing to start their netball journey. When:

Training sessions will be led by a qualified Level 2 coach and assistant coaches. For training, the U12s will train together and the U14s/U16s will be integrated, but will also have opportunity to play with their relevant age/year group too. For matches, the junior players will play in either the Under 12, Under 14 or Under 16 team, based on their age/year group. Linton Junior Netball Club is a great opportunity for school age girls to train locally and improve their netball skills, as well as having the chance to play competitively in a league and at tournaments. During Year 10/11, the girls will be invited to join our adult section. Netball is a fantastic sport, where girls can make friends and have fun, whilst maintaining a healthy active lifestyle. It is a fast, skillful team game and is the fastest growing female sport in England. Please be informed that there is a waiting list for our junior section.
